put a new rare in catalogue

I can't until i get my own dcrs!

I mean we have enough rares, just put more color of choice on some rares.. If you know what I mean, and if you want some customs, and I am pretty good at pixel art.. Like, really good actually.

Like i said can't change colors of it cause it be made into custom and then i have to get my own dcrs and i have to put them inside the dcrs root so the dcrs will allow them to work

Does DCR cost? If so, make something for VIP and stuff? So then you can gain money.. ? << Only if it costs.
